| That framing matters because it keeps OC grounded in operations instead of drifting into vague “memory layer” marketing. | ||

| - a minimal schema for `tools / workflows / skills / apps / issues / checks`, | ||

DOCUMENTATION/GRAPH-ENGINEERING-ORGANIZED-CODEBASE-FIT.mdas an existing example, but that file is absent from the commit and repository history; a repo-wide filename search found onlyDOCUMENTATION/GRAPH-ENGINEERING-VERIFICATION-PLAYBOOK.md.
