So i tested it, you are right, i also found the issue.

The SDL2.dll version that is shipped in Release 0.13002 is "to old".

As temporary workaround please download a new sdl2.dll, it should be at least 2.14 (e.g. from here: https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/releases?page=2#release-release-2.32.10 ) and ignore the warning from the updater, that this file is out of date.

In my sources the SDL2.DLL is updated and will be automatically shipped during the next release. But as the Linux Version switched from GTK2 to GTK3 i need to do more testing before i can release this next release without worries.

Also i will try to improve the error messages that this information is "clearer" to see. Thanks for reporting.
