Note

Low Risk
Routine version pin and release metadata only; reachability behavior changes come from the Coana engine bump, not new Socket CLI logic.

Overview
Releases socketsecurity 2.5.8 and updates the default reachability engine from @coana-tech/cli 15.10.0 to 15.10.2.

Unless users pass --reach-version or latest, reachability runs now pull 15.10.2 via DEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSION in reachability.py. Package metadata (pyproject.toml, socketsecurity/__init__.py, uv.lock), CHANGELOG, and the --reach-version default in docs/cli-reference.md match the new CLI and engine versions.

No Python scan logic changes beyond the pin; engine behavior details are in the Coana changelogs.
