Logging in year month day format

Right now, api-tools logs are stored in this format:

"./logs/%d-%d-%dT%d-%d-%d.log", month, day, year, hour, min, sec

Switching to year-month-day would put logs in a better order when sorting, and would follow ISO 8601
This should be a pretty simple change, but make sure to test and ensure it works properly

Yeah I think that following the ISO 8601 standard is a good idea.

hey can you assign this to me? agreed on ISO 8601, sorts chronologically and avoids the US/EU date ambiguity. I'll fix main.go:83 with zero-padded values.
