Fern's generated ci.yml publishes with PYPI_USERNAME/PYPI_PASSWORD, which this repo doesn't use; publishing stays in publish-pypi.yml via OIDC trusted publishing. ci.yml is now .fernignore-owned so regeneration doesn't restore the job.
