[Docs] Fix markdown formatting, remove prompt artifacts, and update URLs in tutorial.md

• Formatting & Prompt Artifact Cleanup:
  • Removed prompt text accidentally committed into the guide (## 👉 Step 2 — Improve SQL execution step, Below this:, ```md).
  • Fixed unclosed ```sql and nested/unclosed ```java code fences across steps 1, 2, and 3.
  • Added the missing closing code fence to the complete Java example at the end of the file.
• Repository URLs:
  • Updated deprecated incubator-wayang clone URL and directory path to the official https://github.com/apache/wayang.git.
• Version Alignment:
  • Synchronized assembly archive and directory names from stale 1.1.1-SNAPSHOT / 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT references to 1.1.2-SNAPSHOT.
