`sandbox.bref.cloud` is a production-equivalent Bref Cloud environment running in a throwaway AWS account, used to test Bref Cloud itself end to end. Deploying an app to it requires the CLI to point at it, and until now `BREF_ENV` only knew about production, staging and a local server.
