This pull request adds Pre-alpha lifecycle labels for OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, OpenRPC, TypeDoc, Protobuf/gRPC, and Daml. It documents each source setting and recognizes existing Splice pre-alpha tags.
TypeDoc preserves the custom tag but warns unless registered. The unrelated Protobuf replacement-metadata test remains a known baseline failure.
