Presentation

  • Tool and infrastructure pages now share one heading vocabulary (Key
    Features / Installation / Usage / git-annex / DataLad Integration / AI
Readiness / Limitations / See Also), each with explicit "Integration
level" and "Level" lines; twelve pages that lacked an AI Readiness
section gained one; relative ../links became ref shortcodes; em dashes
normalized to the site's "--" convention.
  • Contributing guide updated to match this structure and to stop claiming
a URL/front-matter CI check that does not exist.
  • Section index pages now list every tool they contain (AgentsView,
roborev, forge, kata, con/tinuous, datalad-container, msgvault, docbank).
  • User stories use the site's "//" subdataset notation in all vault
layouts, a common Status vocabulary, and a software-project diagram that
matches the per-entity layout described beside it.

Broken links

  • Agent pages under /concepts/agents/ were symlinks into .claude/agents,
which Hugo does not follow, so they never rendered; replaced with a Hugo
    module mount of that directory.
  • Frozen Frontiers anchors pointed at the homepage instead of /about/;
    /projects/self-contain-github-repo/ had no page; a vault-organization
anchor did not exist; a ref was ambiguous with a tag.

Factual corrections (verified against upstream sources)

  • Rewrote invented CLI usage, layouts, and claims on annextube,
    citations-collector, con/versations, wayslack2, matrix-archive,
ccexport, cctrace, Claude Code Hooks, Entire.io, SpecStory, gh-md,
    gh-discussions-export, python-github-backup, con/tinuous, and
Lab-in-a-Box; corrected commands on slackdump, mattermost export,
    git-bug, datalad-crawler, gallery-dl, yt-dlp, zoom, SingleFile,
HTTrack, Browsertrix, ArchiveBox, copyparty, HedgeDoc, GIN, rclone.
  • Fixed licenses (slackdump AGPL, git-ai Apache-2.0, kata MIT, wayslack
    BSD-2-Clause, Forgejo-Aneksajo GPL-3.0-or-later), repository moves,
funding and affiliation attributions, DataLad sibling commands
    (create-sibling-gitea / -gin), git-annex option semantics (--or,
import, bittorrent read-only), EMBER and BIDS PR references, and the
    DataLad concepts vocabulary description.
  • Removed "DataLad-native" claims for tools whose upstream has no such
integration and reclassified their integration level.

…ssify as native-datalad

The tool is built to be driven by datalad run inside a DataLad dataset
(dandi-bib runs it that way daily), so the native-datalad definition on
the About page is widened to cover that design and the page describes
the real pipeline instead of a generic wrapper suggestion.

…-datalad definition

Completes the previous commit, which landed before this part was applied.
