A multi-operator wallet with no cached pick now blocks on the mandatory selection modal, and the app hides its shell while it is open — every navigation used to fail with "never became ready". Readiness accepts the modal, connectAs resolves it (landing on the requested operator), and --select-prompt captures it instead.
The confirm-operator modal was gated on having multiple operators with split manager/rewards addresses; it now shows on every add bond / add keys submit.
The confirm-operator modal shows on every Add Keys submit, so passing a flag to skip it read as an exception where there is none.
