What changed

Adds a concrete public-release roadmap for fail-closed integrity, bounded plotting, comparison policies, signed sessions, guided CLI workflows, documentation, discoverability, PyPI publishing, and release verification.

Why

Datary has a credible analytical core but needs stronger evidence trust ordering and a clearer public adoption path.

User and developer impact

The roadmap defines discoverable commands, documentation sections, search terms, package targets, safety gates, and success criteria for a public release.

Validation

Documentation-only change grounded in the current 0.2.1 package metadata, CI, integrity model, and open roadmap issues.

Closing stale draft readiness PR leftover from earlier agent work. Current releases and main already supersede this draft.
