$HOME under sudo is usually /root, so credentials miss the invoking user's ~/.docker and later non-sudo commands look logged out. Fixes docker#5384 Signed-off-by: Dean Chen <862469039@qq.com>

The old root/sudo/docker-machine wording is long gone, but the HOME trap is still real: `sudo docker login` frequently stores creds under /root/.docker while your normal docker client reads ~/.docker.
Short note + sudo -E / DOCKER_CONFIG escape hatch.
