Teams using FeatBit need a workflow for setting up experiments, analyzing results, and making release decisions. Track the new experimentation and release-decision module and its supporting work here.

Scope

This tracking item is based on existing public work in featbit/featbit. It groups the experimentation module, stable feature-flag references, and the database changes required by that work. Target versions and edition availability will be confirmed in the release notes.
