NodeJS 20 is deprecated by GitHub. actions/checkout@v5 moved to NodeJS 24.
Mageia 9 went end of life on 2026-06-28.
The "cooker" image has not been updated since August 2025. Use minima:cooker instead. Also correct the distribution name.
