Replaces the generated skills with the prebuilt MCP server, run via
npx. Every tool the skills called is provided by that server, so no capability is lost.mcp.jsonand the config bucket inplugin.json; the four harness manifests are generated from them withagent-plugin-sync.toolbox_version.txtand the binary download in presubmit, no longer needed withnpx.@toolbox-sdk/serveron npm and bumps the pin in every file that carries it.
