Adds blog.sh to src/site/generators.

It is a Ruby static site generator for blogs that uses only the standard library -- no gems and no npm. Posts are JSON files of typed blocks, the site is a static build, and comments are Fediverse replies to each post's announcement, fetched client-side from the public API.

The entry follows the same frontmatter shape as the existing Ruby generators (title, repo, homepage, language, license, templates, description).
