This submission refactors the application to use a Service Layer pattern, simplifying the CRUD and Router modules. It also includes an analysis of migrating the application to Firebase (ANALYSIS.md) and adds a test suite to ensure stability.

- Restore `NordpoolClient` in `app/providers/nordpool.py` using `httpx` (adapted from older version)
- Register `NordpoolClient` in `app/providers/manager.py` with high priority
- Add frontend at `app/static/index.html` with Chart.js and serve it at `/`
- Add tests for `NordpoolClient`
- Update `pyproject.toml` dependencies
