Instead of resolving type names against every loaded assembly (PR #124 approach), expose a runtime-configurable list of assemblies via JsonSubTypesTypeResolution. Name-based subtype resolution now searches the base type's assembly first, then the explicitly registered assemblies. The assignability guard is preserved, so only types deriving from the base can ever be resolved. Adds two test-support projects (a shared base assembly and a plugin assembly) demonstrating that a cross-assembly subtype resolves only when its assembly is registered.

This simple patch allows for using JsonSubTypes with fully qualified or assembly qualified names to access cross-assembly subtypes via discriminator properties.
This also allows to use fully qualified names at all - beforhand they could not be found even if in same assembly.
