Notification from Dashboard when there is update at a desired Widget

As a User I would like to have a notification whenever a specific Widget I configured to watch or receive push notification receives an update.

Scenario

I get a new issue assigned to me in Github and I have configured that I want to receive notifications from an specific "widget", then I get a notification so that I can review the Issue or Pull Request fast and be able to react when important issues are pasted (Example set a specific label to give you the notification)

Additional details

I think that is a really cool feature!
Add filters for projects, milestones, labels and projects for example...
