Add Communities (Content Item)

We are adding Communities. Users are allowed to create and join communities. Assets, articles, mods, servers, and collections may be associated with a community.

The form, view page, and browser are mostly done. The only thing left to do is display graphs on the view page for all associated content item types (e.g. if there are servers, show graphs of total users, etc.)
