Aiven maintenance listing sometimes lacks items

In connection w/it's announcement, we discovered that for some team's OpenSearch maintenance list, there were maintenances w/Deadlines set in Aiven Console that were not shown as depicted in the announcement screenshot (but all the other maintenances were).

In our digging we've ascertained the following:

• Locally running api & frontend show this correctly/as expected when using personal aiven tokens¹
  • In other words, not locally reproducible
• Restarting the pods running the api did not help either
