Reef Monitoring Data Client

Documentation on results returned by the three endpoints are contained in Endpoints documentation.

Setup

julia> ]add <path to repo>

julia> using ReefMonitoring

Retrieving and Processing all Coral Composition Locations

julia> reef_info = get_reef_info()

julia> coral_composition = multiple_location_comparison(reef_info)

Get a Dataset with the mean, median, lower and upper bounds of different coral composition values for every location contained in the DataFrame returned by get_reef_info().
