Update the project to a more maintainable code base. I chose Vite and vanilla JavaScript instead of Express and Jade templates. The design and functionality should still be the same.
It fixes the connection to the CHHS API and removes warnings to deprecated dependencies.
Since it doesn't need a backend currently it can be hosted on GitHub Pages as a static site. Preview: https://natebass.github.io/wicit
