Rewrite the French Yar reference against the revised English pages: all nine YAR_OPT_* client options, the new Yar_Client::getOpt() page, the exception hierarchy, the ini directives and the concurrent client examples. Modernize markup (simpara, exceptionname, union return types) and drop the obsolete Reviewed/CREDITS/$Revision$ markers.
