同步 php/doc-en 中 Yar 扩展文档大修（EN-Revision 75d48299ef, "Revise the Yar extension documentation" #5804）， 共 30 个文件： - 更新 28 个已有文件至最新英文（含 book/setup/ini/constants/ examples、两个类的概览页、9 个异常类页、10 个方法页） - 新增 Yar_Client::getOpt、Yar_Concurrent_Client::reset 两个新方法页（EN 大修新增） - 删除 reference.xml（EN 已重构为每类独立页面， 不再有函数引用入口） - 修正 yar-client-exception.xml 类摘要结构（补齐 &Methods; 块与自身 methodsynopsis 的 xi:include） - 全部文件 Maintainer 保持为 mowangjuanzi
同步 php/doc-en 新合并的文档补充（EN-Revision 07275f5d03, "Document the Yar __info magic method and response id validation" #5807）： - yar_server/handle.xml：新增 __info 魔术方法（自 2.3.0） 的说明 note 与自定义信息页面的示例 - yar-client-protocol-exception.xml：新增自 2.4.0 起 响应事务 ID 校验的说明
