feat(mobile): add Android Material You colors

Summary

• add an Android-only Material You color toggle under Settings → Appearance → Theme
• keep it disabled by default, persist the preference, and restore the exact existing palette when turned off
• apply wallpaper-derived light and dark palettes to app chrome while preserving semantic danger and code/diff colors
• refresh dynamic colors when the app returns to the foreground

Why

Exact issue and PR searches for Material You and dynamic color found no existing implementation or tracking issue. #5694 broadly adds built-in themes, but does not implement Android wallpaper-derived colors and is not a dependency for this change.

Combined foldable validation

This PR stays focused on Material You colors. The remaining unfolded header/composer layout jank visible on the feature-only branch is fixed by the separate foldable/header PR. The local integration branch combines both changes only for validation; those layout changes are not included in this PR. The refreshed feature screenshots use the shared showcase data, while the dedicated integration image below demonstrates the final unfolded home layout without a selected thread.
