00210.c fails at EOorg.EOeolang.EOint#addr in the generated EO

Triage note: the reported symptom is gone. On master (458f84e) c2eo 00210.c transpiles without a crash — no segfault at address 0x10.

Keeping this open because 00210 still fails, but now further down the pipeline: scripts/data/skips/testcuite.txt records it as Error at \"EOorg.EOeolang.EOint#addr\" attribute, and the TODO #360 puzzle on that line is still live. The title is stale — the remaining defect is in the generated EO, not in the transpiler crashing.
