Gemma already has an E-E-A-T bio entry in
author-bios.tsand a published post, but no avatar image. Avatars resolve by filename convention (/authors/<slug>.png), so this is image-only with no code changes.The image is her Slack profile photo (512x512), converted from JPEG to PNG to match the other author avatars.
