On GIL-enabled builds, emit a DeprecationWarning when the default implicitly empty threading.Thread() context causes a context variable lookup to differ from the context that a future release will inherit by default.

Converting to draft. The warning/default migration should remain separate from the per-variable inheritance API and should not proceed until a default flip is scheduled and libraries have had a release to adopt the mitigation. This is paused rather than abandoned. |
