Add the operator guide for SMTP DATA filtering and link it from the configuration sidebar. The guide covers Postfix setup, the shared key, final DATA policies, replay and EOM fallback, diagnostics, terminal records, and current limitations.
This moves the guide out of the Rspamd source repository. It documents the development feature in rspamd/rspamd#6253 and should be merged after that implementation.
Validation: the full Docusaurus build passed for the default and Russian locales. Existing broken-anchor warnings remain on unrelated pages.
