ZKSyncEra is EVM compatible, so it does not belong in the list of chains that cannot use the canonical multi-chain deployment method. Fixes safe-global#828

What and why
The multi-chain deployment exceptions listed ZKSyncEra as an example of a non-EVM compatible chain that cannot use this method. ZKSyncEra is EVM compatible, so the example is wrong. The bullet itself stays for genuinely non-EVM chains; only the incorrect example is removed.
