Adds FTP Hash Deploy Action to the Deployment section.
A GitHub Action for FTP/FTPS deployment that computes Git blob hashes server-side (via a self-deleting PHP script) to diff against the local tree — only changed files get uploaded, no local state file to keep in sync or drift from the real server contents.
