This PR removes the Warlock version checks and pre-12.1.0 code paths now that 12.1.0 is live.
The existing
>=12.1.0behavior is now used unconditionally. This also removes obsolete talents, spell data, buffs, procs, RNG settings, APL branches, and related code that were only used for versions<12.1.0.No Warlock behavior for the current live version is intended to change with this PR.
