This bump is invalid because androidx.core:core-ktx 1.19.0, glance-appwidget 1.3.0-alpha02, and hilt-navigation-compose 1.4.0 each declare minCompileSdk=37. The app still uses compileSdk = 36, so AGP checkAarMetadata rejects the variant and the build cannot configure.

Should be done after we raise compileSdk to 37, there is a task in #1113 about updating dependencies.
