I'm Ci, currently transitioning into Product & Growth Analytics.

Previously, I worked for nearly three years as a System Analyst, working closely with applications and systems. Over time, I became more curious about the people behind those systems, how they interact with products, the decisions they make, and the patterns hidden in data.

I enjoy asking "why?" until I understand the problem, then using data to test assumptions, uncover insights, and support better product decisions.
