Fetch ocean and atmosphere data from seven sources - Copernicus Marine, FVCOM, HYCOM, NOAA CEFI, CCMP, NOAA ERDDAP and NASA OB.DAAC - and join it to observations in space and time. Shared variable names, recorded provenance, resampling, gap filling, seafloor terrain, climate indices, and EML metadata for deposit.

The FVCOM data was provided by Mark Rowe (NOAA, LEOFS). The FVCOM model used to generate the output is described in (Rowe et al., 2019).
